Returns & Refunds Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

The product arrives heavily damaged and unusable, or

The order received is completely incorrect (wrong item sent)
To be eligible for a refund, customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their order and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or error. Once the claim is reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund requests that do not meet the above criteria will not be approved.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or do not comply with this policy.
